Pros: I bought this bat my freshman year of highschool for the 2013 season. I have used this bat for every at bat of my high school career up to this day. It is the absolute most perfect bat I have ever come across in my whole life and I am sad they are discontinued because I would buy 20 more and use them until I stopped playing baseball. If you find one, buy one. Best bat of all time
Cons: none
Great Bat Tim player
Pros: It has a big sweet spot and nice pop. I get more power out of my hits with it.
Cons: None
PAPA Harvey Leathart parent
Pros: Great feel right out of the box. Grips are nice and sticky as well as the finish. The vibration reduction technology is super. I expect this bat to serve me well for a long time.
Cons: So far I have not found anything negative about this bat. Justbats is awesome! No hassles a lot to choose from and really quick shipping! The bat pack deals are really super! I have been telling everyone about Justbats!!
great bat james player
Pros: great distance, good feel, felt light in my hands, great grip! hit a homerun in my first highschool game last year using this bat
Cons: none
Easton XL3 Bryan C. player
Pros: This is definitely one of the top bbcors on the market. It has tons of pop, a super soft grip, and an enormous sweet spot. I love the stiff and slightly end-loaded feel; ideal for power hitters.
Cons: It stings like crazy when you hit it off the handle.
great Zach Williams player
Pros: Great pop huge sweet spot. Went with a 34 31 feels exactly the same not a big diffeence at all. best bat out there right now.
Cons: none
blanders
Pros: I STRONGLY recommend this bat. The first at bat I had with this bat, I drove a 325 ft. home run! I have been hitting with this bat extremely well. With the top heavy, it gives you an insane amount of pop.
Cons: Just be careful when you swing at inside pitches with this bat, because if you swing too late and hit the upper handle part of the bat, the bat could eventually break if consistently hit there. Tip: make sure to swing early on those insiders.
Great Bat Daniel player
Pros: Large sweet spot. Good grip.
Cons: None Yet
This is an awesome bat!! Caleb O. player
Pros: This bat is the best one i ever owned its light weight the feel is just unbelievable the best pop i have ever seen my whole team used it and it still has the pop like the day i bought it just a super awesome bat for anybody it hit 11 Hr's so it has been swung hard and still is alive but it is a highly recommended bat for anybody!!
Cons: No cons at all!!
team baseball
Pros: LOVED THE WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION! ALSO I AM A LINEDRIVE HITTER AND THE BAT WAS PERFECT FOR ME!
Cons: ZERO!!!!!!
BM
Pros: My son is in 8th grade using this bat. It has so much pop to it that the ball comes off harder than the -5 XL3 2013 he has!
Cons: Great bat no concerns!
JS
Pros: Great POP. Grip, able to get through the zone fast, Great power, well balanced regardless of what you read from Easton about being end heavy for power. I didn't feel that. If so it's very slight. Hitting the ball much farther than I did making contact in the same spot with other bats. 5 starters use my bat in games and practice and this bat is still going strong. No loss of pop. Started in January and it's July. This bat is strong. Hands down, the best bat for the money. Go pay $299+ and it won't beat out the XL3.
Cons: Only beef I have is the team will want to use this bat after they see the distance and pop you get. Team, get your own Easton XL3 bat. :~)
Bammadaslamma
Pros: If you are a power hitter, or a relatively strong person, this bat would be the perfect choice for you! It has an enormous sweet spot. I was hitting bombs left and right! Even if you don't the sweet spot on this bat, it will still go somewhere! To add to that, I won Offensive Player of the Year with it! Best bat I've ever had.
Cons: None.
Freight Train
Pros: The bat is fantastic. It is well balanced, large sweet spot, and in my opinion the best value in the market place today. Takes a little while to get it broken in about two weeks of practice and some games. Just went 4 for 6, and 6 RBIs in my last American Legion game and had to line shots at 370 and short hopped the fence at 399. Would not recommend another bat over this one. The service at Just Bats is also "awesome"!
Cons: None at this time. I love the balance of this bat through the zone.
dinger
Pros: Easy to order, fast shipping, great sale on BBCOR bats.
Cons: None.
Happy Dad
Pros: Bought this bat for my son to replace the exact same bat purchased at the start of the season this year, since he loved the way this model bat worked for him, and it was $50 less than the one it will eventually replace during summer baseball season.
Cons: None, other than this model will eventually be out of stock because of selling out.
Mikey
Pros: Got my first hit with it on first pitch during first at bat. Solid bat all around! Love it.
Cons: I didn't buy it sooner.
RODMAN
Pros: I just got this bat yesterday and I hit a grand slam homerun.
Cons:
A-Train
Pros: This bat is amazing, it is the best bat I have used and I have swung all 3 Eastons: the S1, S2, and S3, also the XL2 and I own this. I've hit numerous shots with it and two of them went out, one was 330 ft. the other was 375 ft. It's end-loaded but when you get used to it the pop is unbeatable, along with the price. This is the ultimate bat for a guy with power also since the barrel is white you can see where you hit the ball all the time.
Cons: Gets dirty very easy.

Pros: Hit shots for days
Cons: None
gabe the babe
Pros: Amazing! Best bat I ever bought. Every single kid on my team uses it . I hit my first 2 home runs with it!
Cons: A little sting when I first started using it.
baseball beast
Pros: awesome bat i think this is one of the best bats on the market because of the extended sweet spot and great pop i would advise anyone who needs a new bat to consider checking this bat out. it is also affordable.
Cons: none so far.
zc243
Pros: this is the best bbcor bat on the market right now, this is better than the 2013 model, way more pop. first game i used it in i hit a one hopper to the fence ever since then i have been hitting bombs, really recommend this to junior high and high school baseball players!!
Cons: NONE!!!!
Bret
Pros: Good bat.
Cons: Don't need feminist colors.
dill
Pros: i love this bat it is one of the best bats I have ever had i get lots of hits and also homeruns i am in seventh grade and it will probably last me for two more years.
Cons: none
Anonymous
Pros: even though its a bbcor bat the ball literally jumps off the bat I got the bat less then a week ago I used it in the cage and even my coaches noticed a difference.
Cons: there isnt a real con but it is top heavy for power and you dont reawlly have to be that strong to get this around however it does take a little more torque to get the bat around
jim
Pros: I really like this bat have hit 10 homers with it.
Cons: None.

Proud dad
Pros: I bought the XL3 & the S3 for my son as a bat pack deal. I couldn't make up my mind which one he would like & or hit with best, I've always thought he was a power hitter. My son is 14yr old & 6-1", he hit with both and we both agreed the SL3 sounded better and hit great, the XL3 we wasnt sure about (AT FIRST). he probably hit 3-4 buckets of balls with each bat, but seemed to like the SL3. When practices started and he walked out onto the field for his first batting practice he was carrying the EX3, which some what surpised me at first.About the 10th pitch he hit one over the CF fence which carries about 300ft for his first ever HR.Needless to say that put a huge smile on his face. The very next week at 2nd practice on the 4th pitch he hit another one over the fence! Great bat, it just takes a little getting use to at first.
Cons: Not really a con, but everyone complains on the reviews about the paint not lasting on the bats & chipping off easily. The reason is really due to a weight factor. I have been spray painting for over 25 years, The bat does not have any "clear coat" applied over the paint and decals like most of your bats do. The reason is just a weight applied factor. when your dealing in ounces, adding the clear coat will add weight to the bat. Now if you want it to last and don't mind the extra weight, get someone to shoot clear coat over it. i started to do it for both bats, but explained to my son it was adding weight, and eventually the clear coat would wear off anyway......

Pros: Everything except my one con.
Cons: If you hit the very tip of the bat on a pitched ball (around the yellow ring among the top) the end cap will start to come off.
BK 16
Pros: Really good pop, nice looking bat, sounds great.
Cons: When you first get it, its a little top heavy but you get used to it fast
bryan
Pros: it was to heavy for me because it was top heavy, and freshman or sophomores may not like it but the upperclassmen may but it still has a great sweatspot and pop
Cons: heavier then my other -3 bats
Ryno
Pros: Only swung it 3 times in coach pitch BP, first line drive ,second one line drive, third one went over the right field fence! So far i love it!!! Great pop for a bbcore bat...
Cons: None so far.....
Braxton
Pros: Cheaper and still hits hard, has a solid pop if u hit the sweet spot. Good for the price
Cons: It has gotten small dents on the end near the n on Easton and takes awhile to get used to the weight distribution.
Keko
Pros: Great Balance. Unbelievable pop off this bat! I also love the fact that the end of the handle is a bit thicker than most bats. Just feels great in your hands. The barrel is also huge with a large sweet spot. Great feedback when you make contact, but also, it doesn't seem to hurt your hands too badly on a mis-hit. Maybe not as good as a composite in this regard, but great for an alloy bat. Everyone on my team that can swing a 34/31 wants to use this bat! Awesome!
Cons: Arrived with what sounded like sand inside the barrel. Spoke with JustBats, and they are switching it out for me. So much pop, that one of our pitchers almost bit the dust on a line drive during practice... Good for games though!
Anonymous
Pros: Great sweet spot. Just started babe ruth last year and had to get used to batting on the bigger field compared to little league. This bat really helped me get going. Would recommend to any contact/power hitters
Cons: Got dirty easily but who cares its performing great
lays out and he's got it!!!
Pros: good bat, it is cheap but worth it. It is definitely meant for power hitters or for players who mainly hit line drives but can every once in a while drive the ball to the fence.
Cons: I hit one off the end of the bat and the cap dented?
EastonBoy123
Pros: I love this bat, if you are a power hitter than this is the bat for you. Some Pros are it has a Big sweet spot. Also this bat has very little to no sting.
Cons: None what so ever
wildcat317
Pros: I received this bat about four months ago. I play for my middle school team. I used in bp and it hit great. Still has amazing pop. Just as good as the other XL's.
Cons: Graphics aren't great and everyone wants to use it. But that doesn't effect the rating.
Bat Addict
Pros: Best bat overall. Tried them all. The 2 piece bats break. All the bats lose pop very fast if you use them for BP rounds (especially in HS). My son keeps coming back to this one. FYI - The 2013 models are not better, save money buy the 2012 model. You can get 2 for the price of a 2013 model.
Cons: Bigger barrel may reduce some swing speed. Can go to S3 instead, but XL3 has bigger hitting area
Terrawolves
Pros: I used this bat for the first time yesterday and I'm a lead off guy. I hit three balls of the wall. This bat has ALOT OF POP. Highly recommended!! Great bat, very stylish, the best I've owned my whole life!
Cons: It's a bit top heavy so better off for power hitters, however, I am a lead off guy and it works great.
Dawgs

Pros: The whole barrel is a sweet spot! no matter if the pitch is at your ankles or half a foot outside it seems to go just as far no matter what part of the barrel your hit. recommend it to any serious batter.
Cons: Easton under-rated it by such a low price tag, but hey if its gonna be so cheap jump on it!
KAP 1000
Pros: THE FEEL OF THE BAT IS GOOD BUT I SHOULD OF WENT WITH A 32IN NOT A 33IN BECAUSE OF THE XL BARREL. OVER ALL I GIVE IT A 8.

Pros: great bat! This bat was more than worth the money just for the confidence booster for my son, he hit a line drive past the pitcher and well beyond the 2nd baseman out in the outfield tonight and you can't wipe that grin off his face. great pop, good sturdy bat with a large sweet spot. I would buy this bat again. I would definately spend the money again!!
Cons: wish I had bought it sooner
smiley2525
Pros: good pop when you hit it on the sweet spot, well balanced
Cons: small sweet spot
cchamp24
Pros: I have swung this bat, the xl1, and the s1. The xl3 held up longer but the xl1 out preformed it before it broke at the connection. so this one for affordablity but if you can afford it, buy the xl1!
Cons: lots of stinging if you hit it wrong...
catcher one
Pros: great bat for a bbcor all bbcors are about the same this bat is good price and will drive through the ball if you are strong enough
Cons: a little top heavy you need to be a strong enough hitter
dabaseballbomb
Pros: massive barrel, great grip, awesome design, and basically anything that any hitter would like in a bat.
Cons: got dirty quickly
baseballplayer4
Pros: Amazing pop. great grip and its slightly endloaded but i like that. im 13 and 5'1 and use the bbcor 31" bat and i am now considered a "power hitter" first hit was 250'+ and i am very proud this. also has NO vibration or "ring" as i call it
Cons: none accept that it gets scuffed up and dirty easily
cm
Pros: good bat, nice feel and pop
Cons: end cap started to come off after 2 weeks of use.waiting to see how easton handles the warranty. will update

Cons: it isnt my Stealth! I am not a fan of the bbcor
Bomber kid
Pros: Well used this bat and after a few swings was smashing baseballs all over the deep center field, the grip is also tight and is great with or without batting gloves. The bat is perfectly end loaded and has the smothest swing ever. Would recommend this bat to all power hitters. the best deal of all bbcor.
Cons: NONE WHAT SO EVER!!!
YoJimm25
Pros: Huge sweet spot. Also best bat for the price, it says endloaded but seems pretty balance. Overall Amzing bat!
Cons: none! except white grip at the bottom gets dirty but no big deal.
Malik the Heat
Pros: Great bat with a huge sweet spot. I purchased for my 14 yr. old son. He is a power hitter this bat has really helped improve his distance
Cons: Get a few stingers
Anonymous
Pros: for bbcor it some pop.son is 13 hitting ball 300+ easy. large part of team want to use it. plus its a great looking bat.
Cons: bbcor
hs
Pros: I'm a high school senior and i purchased this bat for use during the season. I love it. I have 8 hits with it in 3 games(1 homerun). The bat has quite some pop if you hit it on the sweet spot. Now don;t get me wrong, there is much less pop in all bbcore bats including mine but that's expected, u just have to get use to it. It feels a lot heavier than my old bat from last season(both 33in) but this bat was purposely made top heavy. That extra weight on the barrel gives you a more powerful bang(i like the feeling), but if ur scrawny or weak than it might be tough to get the bat around quick. I'm fairly small( 5' 11" , 165lb) but i'm pretty strong so to me the bat feels light.
Cons: heavier than some other bats but can be a benefit once you get use to it
Stillwater Saint
Pros: Good pop huge sweet spot good price
Cons: color and every one wants to use it
Jason Ochoa
Pros: Amazing Bat! BIG Sweet spot,Great feel and ballance. The right bat especially for power hitters,Even if you're not a power hitter,Still a GREAT Bat!
Cons: Nothing.
Joe's Dad
Pros:
Cons: I don't know what 'Made in China' means to you, but to me it means non-union child labor and dubious quality. I'm disappointed to say the least.
mamba
Pros: even wight great grip its got that nice bbcor pop
Cons: if you hit the yellow it hurts. kids on my team want to use it.
ixj
Pros: huge sweet spot. great overall balence. the ball has great velocity after it leaves the bearrel.
Cons: N/A
Hacker
Pros: The LX3 is almost like a BESR bat; its pop is at least the same as the Louisville Z-1000 and costs a lot less.
Cons: A tad top-heavy, but it's okay. White coating seems fragile for an Easton and is already chipping in some spots.
Awsome
Pros: Really great bat, already hit 2 Homeruns. Nicely balanced, and it's a GREAT bat for guys that need more power out of their swing!
Cons: None.
popcorn
Pros: really love this. used it in the cage yesterday,, great pop and feel. honestly prefer it over some of my BESR bats. very good price as well.
Cons: one of these bats i saw was wavy, so i just got another one. probably just a fluke.
Cantwell27
Pros: Great bat im 6 for 6 with it.Just because its the cheaper of the XL models doesnt mean anything.I strongly suggest it for high school players this year
Cons:
Iowabaseballboy

Pros: this bat is definitely underpriced. i would highly reccomend this bat, even though it has a HUGE barrel there is really good weight distribution and there is a ton of pop.
Cons: not crazy about the yellow, but nothing a little pine-tar cant fix
gawr
Pros: great bat. dont be fooled by the price tag, just because its cheaper dosent mean its worse. swings and feels like a besr exogrid. love it.
Cons: none so far.
Double Play
Pros: Very nice bat. Sweet grip tape. Easton hit the mark with the Power Brigade line of bats. I really love this on. Feels like you swinging a custom wood bat.
Cons: zero
Tampa Slugger
Pros: This bat is one of the better bats out there. It is a good as or better than the original Rip-it (The one that was banned). Has the same feel as the original Rip-it bat too. Many times better than the two Rip-it bats currently available.
Cons: None so far.
bomber
Pros: Great pop and has a big sweet spot.
Cons: just a little end loaded. Other than that it's amazing.

Does this bat have similar pop compared to an Easton MAKO? caseybats
I'm 15, 5'7, and weigh 135lbs. I definitely have above average strength and way above average bat speed. I have enough power that I could hit home runs but I typically hit deep line drive gapers. I usually bat in the 2 or 3 slot in the lineup bc of my ability to consistently get good solid hits I don't really need a "fast" bat like those in the Easton's speed series cause I already have plenty of bat speed and control. My last bat was the Miken RZR Shok and I really did like the feel of it, however, I'm looking for a bat that will offer the same feel to it but has a slightly larger barrel and sweet spot. Will the XL3 offer what I am looking for? And if you have any other suggestions for bats, they would be much appreciated (I tend to like one piece alloy bats better than a lot of composite stuff).
